You may return your unwashed, unused rug in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

1. Contact [email protected] with your order number

2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions

3. Ship the item back using the provided label

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

• Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
